By using Wormhole Messenger (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

The Service

Wormhole Messenger is an entertainment app that allows you to compose and store messages addressed to various fictional destinations across spacetime. Messages are stored digitally in our database (“the Quantum Vault”).

Important Disclaimer

Wormhole Messenger is an entertainment product. We do not claim to possess, develop, or have access to time travel, interdimensional communication, or any temporal technology. Messages stored in the App will not be physically transmitted to any past, future, or alternate destination. The App provides a creative and reflective experience for entertainment purposes only.

User Content

You retain ownership of the messages you write. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content back to you within the App.

You agree not to use the App to store content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

Subscriptions and Purchases

  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
  • Message packs are consumable purchases and are non-refundable
  • The Lifetime purchase is a one-time non-consumable purchase

Account

If you create an account via Sign in with Apple, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, damages, or issues arising from the use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at our discretion, with reasonable notice when possible.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
